A Zichy család kastélyát 1725-ben, barokk stílusban építették. Az Ybl Miklós tervei alapján neoreneszánsz stílusban átalakított épület kívülről tekinthető meg.

Zichy-ék megbízásából, 1725-ben épült barokk stílusban, de 1860-ban leégett. 1865-ben, az akkori tulajdonos Waldstein János, Ybl Miklós tervei alapján átépíttette klasszicista stílusban, s könyvtárral is bővítette, melynek kupoláját, s falait freskókkal díszítették. A XX. század elején a honvédség tulajdonába került, s tüzérmúzeumot is működtetett benne, majd felújították (a könyvtár freskói jelenleg is megtekinthetők), s jelenleg a Trianon Múzeumnak ad otthont.
